I DEDICATE THIS HONOUR TO YOU (ABSU)
It is my pleasure to invite you to join me in giving thanks to God for this new day.
As you already know, the Commander
in Chief, Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari, GCFR, has graciously approved my appointment as Executive Director, (Administration and Training), Nigerian Television Authority, NTA.
What many did not know was that 15 hours earlier, I was appointed Member, Board of Trustees and Co-ordinator, South East Zone of PCPI. So, it was a double appointment
within a space of 24 hours.
Rarely does it fall within the lot of a man to be alive and receive two honours in one day.
I feel humbled by the abundance of this grace, and, in the depth of that humility, with joy in my heart, and a sense of gratitude, I DEDICATE THIS HONOUR TO MY FORMER STUDENTS FROM ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY (1996 - 2016 SETS) under various programmes - Regular, IAS, IDEA, Sandwich and PG. All of you.
While God have been the source of my strength, you have been the spice conditioning the focus frills of my life.
I am here today because of you. All of you. Blessed be the tie that binds and this anchor shall hold till the end of days.
Finally and most importantly, I ask you to assist me with your prayers.
God and Mr President have entrusted a great responsibility upon my shoulders and I cannot do it on my own.
I need you all the way. All of you.
